Eggnog and other drinks from the eggs


The classic Polish cuisine recipe eggnog made from egg yolks, sugar and protein. But modern recipes use as additives to eggnog brandy, lemon, wine and juices.

For the preparation of this beverage is used only environmentally friendly raw eggs.

Eggnog made from egg yolk proteins (either from whole eggs), sugar, mashed fruit or fruit juice either of them. For some recipes add milk or wine. The classic recipe of Polish cuisine the yolks with the sugar first pound white hot, then add the mashed fruit or berries or juice from them, then - whipped to a froth, and proteins vymeshivayut mass until it is smooth. Additions to the eggnog can serve as brandy, lemon, wine and juices.

Some recipes eggnog:

* 1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 2 tbsp. l. wine and a little salt. All this is thoroughly mixed, pour 150 ml of boiled milk and strain. Depending on your taste you can substitute wine

add a little grated nutmeg;

* 1 egg yolk beaten with 1 tbsp. l. sugar, add a little salt, 2 tbsp. l. wine and 2/3 cup. milk. All this stir, strain and mix with the beaten egg whites. Before serving, stir;

* Rub 1 egg yolk with 1 tbsp. l. sugar, add a little salt, pour 150 ml of milk, stir again and strain;

* Beat the egg yolks into a thick mass of lemon-yellow with 3 tbsp. l. sugar and protein - in the cool foam.

In the whipped yolks pour 2/3 of Art. rhubarb juice, add a pinch of salt.

Then enter the 2 tbsp. cold milk, 1/2 tbsp. cooled boiled water and mix well. The mixture was poured into beaten egg whites.

Before serving eggnog sprinkled with nutmeg.
