Meat stew with prunes

You will need:

500 g of beef

100 g of prunes

bulbs,

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 bunch of lettuce,

0.5 bundle of parsley,

seasoning for meat and salt to taste.

Method of preparation

Onions clean, wash, cut half-rings. Wash meat, cut into small pieces, put in a pan with hot oil.

Broil for 10 minutes on high heat, add onions, prunes, salt, sprinkle with seasoning, pour a little water.

Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, add the mayonnaise, stew until tender. Parsley and lettuce wash. Meat out onto a plate on lettuce leaves, decorate with sprigs of parsley.
