Salad from the pineapple with shrimp

A unique combination of flavors of Asian cuisine: shrimp, pineapple and fresh ginger.

For 4 servings you will need:

500g small cooked
peeled shrimp

1 pineapple

A core of red lettuce (can be any salad)

3 tbsp. l. lemon juice

1 of Art. l. grated fresh ginger

2 tbsp. l. soy sauce

1 of Art. l. honey

Clean and cut the pineapple lengthwise into 6 plates, then divide each of them for another four parts.

Wash and dry lettuce.

Mix soy sauce with honey and lemon juice, add the ginger.

Pour shrimp sauce obtained and mix. Arrange salad on plates, pieces of pineapple and shrimp in the sauce.

Separately serve pickled ginger.
