Olivier salad


Classic Soviet Olivier

You will need:

* Potatoes - 2-3 pc.

* Cooked Sausage - 100 g (or boiled beef, or chicken);

* Pickles - 2 pc.

* Eggs - 5;

* Green peas - 1/2 banks;

* Onion - 1 pc.

* Mayonnaise.

COOKING

1. Boil the potatoes, eggs, carrots.

2. Boiled eggs, potatoes, and carrots cut into small pieces.

3. Cucumbers and sausages also cut into small pieces, add green peas and chopped onions.

4. All the ingredients together, mayonnaise and salt to taste.

Olivier with chicken

You will need:

* Cooked chicken - 200 g;

* Potatoes - 6 pc.

* Pickles - 2 pc.

* Eggs - 3 pc.

* Apple - 1 piece.

* Onions - 2 pc.

* Carrots - 3 pc.

* Green peas - 1 cup;

* Mayonnaise - 200-300 g

COOKING

1. Boil the potatoes, eggs, carrots.

2. All products (except peas), cut into very thin slices, mix with mayonnaise.

Salad is ready!

Salad with ham

You will need:

* 4 potatoes;

* 150 grams of sausage;

* 150 grams of smoked ham;

* 2 boiled eggs;

* 3 small pickles;

* 150 g green peas;

* 1/2 onion;

* 1 carrot;

* 200 g of mayonnaise;

* Cilantro to taste.

COOKING

1. Cook the vegetables, chop all ingredients (except peas and onions) cubes.

2. Finely chop the onion and soak it in water, then wring out and add to the salad.

3. Grind finely chopped cilantro and salt, add the mayonnaise, season salad.

Salad with smoked salmon and olives

You will need:

* 2 medium sized boiled potatoes;

* 3 boiled eggs;

* 2 medium sized boiled carrots;

* 100 g green peas without greens brine;

* 300-400 g salted salmon;

* 7-8 olives stuffed with lemon;

* 1 tbsp. l. capers;

* 150 g of light mayonnaise;

* 6 small pickle;

* 1 lemon.

COOKING

All (except peas, capers, lemon and olives) cut into sticks, mayonnaise, garnish with slices of lemon, herbs and olives.

Salad with kiwi

You will need:

* 2 kiwi;

* 3-4 medium-sized potatoes;

* 3-4 boiled eggs;

* Chicken breast (300 g);

* 1-2 carrots;

* 1 can of green peas (200 g) without the brine;

* 1 onions;

* 3 pickles;

* Sour cream and mayonnaise to taste.

COOKING

1. Cook the vegetables and chicken.

2. Cut all ingredients into cubes and kiwi and carrots grate.

3. All mix, season salad mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise.

Salad with mushrooms

You will need:

* 5 potatoes;

* 5 eggs;

* 2 carrots;

* 2 bulb onions or a bunch of green onions;

* Bank of peas;

* Bank of pickled mushrooms (white mushrooms, chanterelles)

* 30 grams of pickled capers;

* 200 g
boiled chicken meat;

* 1 cucumber;

* 50 grams of celery;

* Parsley and dill;

* Salt and mayonnaise to taste.

COOKING

1. Onions clean, finely chop and marinate for half an hour in apple or regular vinegar.

2. Boil potatoes "in uniform", carrots, eggs, peeled and cut into small cubes.

3. Cucumber peel and finely chop mushrooms removed from the marinade and also chop.

4. Green peas in a colander and discard to drain fluid.

5. Combine all ingredients and season with salt to taste and mayonnaise. Decorate to your taste.
